We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare and beauty products, we can only accept returns if:

* The item is unopened,
* In its original packaging,
* And returned within 14 days of delivery.


Once a product has been opened, used, or unsealed, we cannot accept it back for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your item is eligible for return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method once the product has been received and inspected.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

* Your order number
* A description of the issue
* Clear photos of the product and packaging


We will replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
